The rejected facelift

The mandibular area, jaw line and neck is a continuum. Procedures that are available to improve the contours are the use of Aptos threads, platysma repair, neck lift, botulinum toxin injections of the platysma bands and liposuction. A combination of procedures is often recommended. However, in many patients liposuction of themandibular area, submandibular area and neck give dramatic improvements postponing other procedures.
