Zusammenfassung
In einer Übersicht wird die funktionelle Neuroanatomie des Plexus brachialis dargestellt. Ausfallsmuster werden erörtert und neurophysiologische Untersuchungstechniken werden diskutiert. Dabei werden Nervenleitungsuntersuchungen, Elektromyographie, sympathischer Hautreflex und Untersuchungen der Schweißsekretion berücksichtigt.
Abstract
This survey article comprises an overview of the neuroanatomy of the brachial plexus. Patterns of lesions are discussed. The techniques of neurophysiological investigation are described, including motor and sensory neurography, electromyography, sympathetic skin response and sudometry.
