Intestinale Lymphome

Primär intestinale Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome (NHL) sind aufgrund ihrer Ätiologie, Histomorphologie und des klinischen Verlaufs eine eigenständige Entität innerhalb der gastrointestinalen Lymphome. Während sie mit einer Inzidenz von ca. 4/1000000 Einwohner in den westlichen Industrieländern vergleichsweise selten sind - hier dominieren klar B-Zell-Lymphome des MALT mit gastraler Manifestation - liegt der Anteil der intestinalen NHL aufgrund des gehäuften Vorkommens der immunproliferativen Dünndarmerkrankung (immunoproliferative small intestinal disease, IPSID) im Mittelmeerraum und Mittleren Osten bei etwa 50 %. Für die verschiedenen histologischen Subtypen der intestinalen NHL bestehen erhebliche Unterschiede in Pathogenese, Risikofaktoren, Klinik und Prognose.
