Koronarangiographie mittels Magnetresonanz- und Computertomographie

Bei Verdacht auf eine koronare Herzkrankheit (KHK) ist der derzeitige diagnostische Goldstandard die konventionelle Koronarangiographie [12]. Aufgrund der bekannten Nachteile der konventionellen Koronarangiographie wäre eine zuverlässige nicht-invasive Darstellung der Koronararterien von außerordentlicher Bedeutung. Ein solches Verfahren müsste diagnostisch der Koronarangiographie ebenbürtig sein und sollte gleichzeitig kostengünstiger, mit weniger Komplikationen behaftet und bezüglich funktioneller Parameter aussagekräftiger als die konventionelle Koronarangiographie sein. Die besondere Herausforderung an nicht-invasive Methoden zur Darstellung der Koronararterien liegt in folgenden Problemen begründet:
dem geringen Kaliber (2-5 mm), dem geschlängelten Verlauf und der komplexen Verlagerung der Koronararterien durch die Herzaktion und die Zwerchfellverlagerungen während der Atmung.
