Integrative Schizophrenietherapie

Abstract

Aus den Defiziten bestehender Behandlungsangebote für Schizophreniekranke werden Forderungen für eine integrative Schizophrenietherapie abgeleitet. Gefordert werden eine Orientierung am individuellen Fall, Beziehungskontinuität, Erreichbarkeit, fachliche Reflexion des therapeutischen Vorgehens im Team, die Entwicklung von Qualitätsstandards, Behandlungsvereinbarungen und Ressourcenorientierung. Eine besondere Bedeutung kommt der Behandlungsphilosophie zu, Behandlungsmilieus spiegeln die räumlichen, beziehungsmäßigen und strukturellen Aspekte eines Angebotes wider. Insbesondere im Umgang mit Krisen wird die Sichtweise eines Behandlungsteams dokumentiert.
Beispiele gelungener integrativer Behandlungsprogramme werden aufgeführt. Abschließend wird die Rolle der Psychotherapie im Rahmen integrierter Behandlungsprogramme diskutiert und werden Anstöße für eine mögliche positive Entwicklung gegeben.
