Das Management von Aneurysmata peripankreatischer Arterien

Aneurysmen der Viszeralarterien sind selten und wegen mangelnder Therapieerfahrungen noch immer eine allgemein- und gefäß chirurgische Herausforderung. Zu dem offenen chirurgischen Vorgehen stellt die endovaskuläre Versorgung aufgrund ihrer geringeren Invasivität eine echte Alternative dar [2] [13] [18]. An zwei ausgewählten Fällen von Aneurysmen dieses Stromgebietes sollen die diagnostischen und therapeutischen Besonderheiten aufgezeigt werden.
