Zusammmenfassung
Summary
We report on two patients with intramural pregnancies treated with methotrexate. Both women were multiparous and both had a history of a surgically-treated ectopic pregnancy. After methotrexate in one patient the gestation penetrated into the uterine cavity and then aborted spontaneously. In the other patient the uterus ruptured and required surgery.
