Primäres, multilokuläres Urothelkarzinom der distalen männlichen Urethra. Ein Fallbericht

Zusammenfassung:

Das primäre Urothelkarzinom der distalen Urethra, insbesondere der Fossa navicularis, ist ein sehr seltenes Krankheitsbild. Die Pathogenese dieser Erkrankung in der mit Plattenepithel ausgekleideten distalen Urethra konnte bislang nicht geklärt werden. An einem Fallbericht und im Vergleich mit der Literatur wird das diagnostische und therapeutische Vorgehen diskutiert.

Abstract

The primary transitional cell carcinoma of the anterior urethra, including the fossa navicularis, is very rare. The pathogenesis of this disease is unknown – normally in the anterior urethra a squamous cell epithelium is present. The diagnostic und therapeutic regimes are discussed on the basis of a case report and a review of the literature.
