Liquid chromatographic (LC) enantioseparations of various racemates on polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases (CSPs) are mainly described. The wide applicability and usefulness of this technique in analysis and preparation of optical isomers (enantiomers) have been demonstrated by a comprehensive survey of the literature.
