“Human Chemistry Integrated Therapy: From a Homeopathic Perspective – A New Approach, Effective Treatments for 21st Century Diseases” by Antonius ‘Ton’ Jansen and Lous Wijnkoop

In Fighting Fire with Fire (2016, 2018, 2023) Dutch homeopath, Ton Jansen, outlines his homeopathic detox therapy (HDT) and now, with this third (his second was Finding Your Way Through the Forest of Symptoms) in a growing series, his methodology is presently called ‘Human Chemistry, Integrated Therapy’.

In this book, which is sometimes referred to as Fighting Fire with Fire 2, he explains his latest ideas in the first fifty pages before offering comments and cases concerning hormones, neurotransmitters and food substances. He ends this tome with a forty page materia medica section, e.g., aspartame, gluten, MSG, etc. This is a beautifully produced and well organized volume and the use of color throughout is quite unique. Cases are all in light green and thus easy to find. Here's one, one of the shortest:

“A boy of 9 comes with warts all over his hands, at least seventy of them. He hides his hands all day. Some warts are brownish, some are pale. I give Thuja, Chamaecyparis lawsonia, Cinnabaris, Medorrhinum, Causticum (as he had involuntary stool until he was 7 years old) with a course of Children's vaccinations. All well-indicated remedies, but nothing happens. Then I give him Gc-MAF [Globulin Component Macrophage Activity Factor] in a course, together with a course of MSH [Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone], because of the discoloration of the warts, with Medorrhinum M weekly. The warts turn red and burn a bit and… after 12 weeks they are all gone.

Jansen then offers his comments:

“I am convinced that cutting or freezing off warts increases health problems. I consider warts as an expression of a hereditary error, that, is solved if the body's own healing system is allowed to react. Disturbed and possibly unhealthy cells (after all, warts are a proliferation of cells) are brought to the surface, the skin, which is the ‘safest place’ for wrong cells. In many persistent cases of warts I have successfully applied Medorrhinum and Gc-MAF.

“If I see warts come up during homeopathic treatment, I ask the patient: ‘Did you have warts in the past? ’ All patients have so far confirmed this, and tell me that the warts were cut or frozen off in the past. I know then that we are on the right track. ”-pp. 186,7.

If you have the undying inclination to study biochemistry (again) my suggestion is to start with his opus, Fighting Fire with Fire.

Be cautious and remember that this is not the homeopathy of Hahnemann: it is rather the singular, successful approach and methodology of a man who has devoted himself to healing.
