Summary
Chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen sind in den letzten Jahrzehnten enorm angestiegen. Dies wird auch auf eine veränderte Lebensweise, Ernährung und Nährstoffversorgung zugeführt. In diesem Artikel wird der Nutzen von Vitamin D, sekundären Pflanzeninhaltsstoffen, Selen, Zink und ω-3-Fettsäuren anhand zahlreicher Studien unter Beweis gestellt und praktische Tipps zu Diagnostik und Therapie gegeben.
