Home Treatment: Von der Forschung zur klinischen Umsetzung

In Deutschland wurden 2016 die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen für stationsäquivalente Behandlungen akut psychisch erkrankter Menschen geschaffen [1]. Auch in der Schweiz werden „mobile Equipen“ (Home Treatment) seit 2008 gefordert [2] [3], noch fehlt jedoch eine gesetzliche Grundlage zur Finanzierung von intermediären Angebotsstrukturen [2] [3]. Sowohl in Deutschland als auch in der Schweiz wird bezüglich Wirksamkeit von stationsäquivalenten Behandlungen Evidenz erwartet und vorausgesetzt.
