Einleitung

Kompressionsneuropathien des Nervus medianus am Oberarm sind selten. Eine mögliche Ursache ist der Processus supracondylaris proximal des Epicondylus humeri ulnaris, welcher den Nervus medianus (oder auch die Arteria brachialis) einengen kann [1,] [2]. In einer Studie von Shivaleela et al. [3] wurde die Häufigkeit des ­Processus supracondylaris an Leichenpräparaten bestimmt. Lediglich in einer von 240 untersuchten Extremitäten konnte ein solcher Knochenfortsatz nachgewiesen werden. Wir berichten von einem atypischen Fall einer Kompressionsneuropathie des Nervus medianus in einem geschlossenen osteochondralen Kanal unmittelbar proximal des Epicondylus humeri ulnaris.
