Basishygiene und aseptisches Arbeiten sind auch für das Anästhesieteam im OP das A und O der Infektionsprävention.
-
Auf die intraoperative Händedesinfektion – v. a. beim Umgang mit Medikamenten und beim Zuspritzen – muss vermehrt geachtet werden.
-
Propofolreste sind sorgfältig auszuspülen und besondere Vorsicht ist beim Umgang mit Propofol geboten.
-
Durch gute Arbeitsorganisation lässt sich die Umgebungskontamination des Anästhesiearbeitsplatzes reduzieren.
-
Auf die zeitgerechte Gabe des richtigen Antibiotikums in richtiger Dosis bei bestehender Indikation zur PAP ist zu achten.
