Zusammenfassung

Analfissuren sind relativ häufige Leiden, die oft durch die starken Schmerzen die Lebensqualität der Patienten empfindlich beeinträchtigen können. Eine Therapie sollte daher möglichst frühzeitig erfolgen.

Bei der konservativen Behandlung haben sich vor allem Glycerol-Tri-Nitrat (GTN)-Salben bewährt, deren Wirkung auch in klinischen Studien gut dokumentiert ist.

Abstract

Anal fissures are common diseases, which often lead to impaired quality of life due to severe pain. Therefore therapy should be initiated early.

In conservative therapy glyceryl trinitrate ointments are proven successful and their effect is well documented in clinical trials.
