Anamnese und klinischer Befund

Im August 2011 stellte sich eine damals 43-jährige Patientin in unserer dermatologischen Hochschulambulanz vor. Die Patientin war türkischer Abstammung und konnte sich in der deutschen Sprache nicht verständigen. Daher war die Anamneseerhebung nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Erst nach intensivierter Anamnese mit einem Dolmetscher gab die Patientin zu, sich vor ca. 2 Wochen bei einer häuslichen Schlachtung eines Schafes im Badezimmer der Familie Schnittverletzungen an der rechten Palma sowie am Zeigefinger der rechten Hand zugezogen zu haben. Eine Woche später seien an diesen Stellen blasige Veränderungen aufgetreten, die eine zunehmende Größenprogredienz zeigten. Eine Fieberepisode trat ebenfalls auf sowie zunehmend ziehende Schmerzen im Bereich des rechten Arms.
