Vergleichende Untersuchungen zur Wirkung von Urokinase und Streptokinase im Tierversuch

Zusammenfassung

8 Std. alte, künstlich in der A. femoralis der Katze erzeugte Gerinnsel konnten durch Verabreichung von 800000-950000 E UK durchschnittlich innerhalb von 2-3 Std. vollständig aufgelöst werden. Während die parallel durchgeführten Untersuchungen mit SK unter der Behandlung eine starke fibrinogenolytische Wirkung erkennen ließen, sank das Fibrinogen unter Verabreichung von UK, trotz starker Piasminaktivität nur unwesentlich ab. Als Erklärung des unterschiedlichen Verhaltens gegenüber Fibrinogen wird die Bildung verschiedener Piasmine (SK- und UK-aktiviertes Plasmin) diskutiert, die sich hinsichtlich ihrer proteolytischen Sub-stratspezifität unterscheiden.
