Zusammenfassung
Schlafstörungen sind eines der belastendsten Symptome bei onkologischen Patienten. Die modulare Intervention der pflegewissenschaftlichen Studie am Uniklinikum Tübingen basiert auf Assessment, strukturierter Beratung mittels Infobroschüre, Schlaftagebuch und telefonischer Nachbetreuung zur Förde-rung der Patientenautonomie. Vor allem tagesklinische sowie Patienten mit Chemo- und Strahlentherapie profitieren von dem Angebot.
Summary
Sleep disorder is one of the most pressing and burdening symptoms for cancer patients. The modular intervention of the patient care study at the university hospital of Tübingen based upon assessment, structured counselling with information brochures, sleep diary and follow-up by phone calls to enhance patients autonomy. Especially ambulatory and patients receiving chemo- and radiation therapy do benefit from this offering.
