Meningeosis neoplastica: Spezifische Behandlung ist von der Prognose abhängig

Durchschnittlich weniger als 10% aller onkologischen Patienten entwickeln eine Meningeosis neoplastica. Ob eine spezifische Therapie sinnvoll ist, hängt von der sehr unterschiedlichen Gesamtprognose ab.
