Zusammenfassung

Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer komplexen Behinderung weisen bezüglich ihrer Fähigkeiten, Interessen und Erfahrungen eine große Diversität auf. Viele individuelle und systemische Partizipationsbarrieren können festgestellt werden. Als ein Beispiel dieser heterogenen Gruppe werden in diesem Artikel Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer infantilen Zerebralparese fokussiert. Dabei werden die Besonderheiten der Sprachentwicklung und der Sprechproduktion dargestellt.

Summary

Children and adolescents with severe and multiple disabilities are very diverse concerning their abilities, interests and experiences. There are a lot of individual and systemic barriers to participation. This paper focuses on children and adolescents living with cerebral palsy as an example of this heterogeneous group. In doing so, characteristics in language development and speech production are going to be depicted.
