Zusammenfassung

Sexuelle Gewalt unter Gleichaltrigen ist im Alltag von Jugendlichen ein häufiges Phänomen, wurde jedoch lange Zeit in der Forschung wenig beachtet. In dieser Übersichtsarbeit werden Erscheinungsformen und Prävalenz sexueller Gewalt unter Jugendliche dargestellt. Dabei werden Risikogruppen wie Jugendliche in Einrichtungen der Jugendhilfe besonders berücksichtigt. Auf Grundlage der dargestellten Ergebnisse werden Empfehlungen für weitere Forschungsanliegen sowie für die Prävention sexuelle aggressiven Verhal-tens entwickelt.

Summary

Peer to peer sexual aggression is frequent in adolescents’ everyday life, but has long been neglected in research. In this article we provide an overview about types and prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents. High risk groups like youths in residential care will be considered in particular. Based on the presented data recommendations are discussed for future research and strategies for prevention of peer to peer sexual aggression.
