Double Scanning in the Diagnosis of Lung Tumours

Summary

In the localization of lung tumours radioisotope investigations provide highly revealing data concerning indications for surgery and radiotherapy. Joint use of perfusion lung scintigraphy and radioactive chlomerodrin scanning of the data obtained more reliable.

Untersuchungen mit Radioisotopen zur Lokalisierung von Lungentumoren ergaben aufschlußreiche Daten bezüglich der Indikation zu Operation und Radiotherapie. Die gemeinsame Anwendung der Perfusionsszintigraphie und der Szintigraphie mit radioaktivem Chlormerodrin setzt Fehlerquellen herab und erhöht die Verläßlichkeit der erhaltenen Ergebnisse.

Des investigations isotopiques offrent des informations importantes dans le diagnostique des tumeurs pulmonaires, concernant la chirurgie et la radiothérapie. L’utilisation combinée de la scintigraphie pulmonaire par perfusion et par la chloromérodrine mène à des résultats supérieurs.
