Four new prenylated anthranols (1 – 4), along with two known structures kenganthranol (5) and harunganin (6), were identified from the leaves of the African medicinal plant Harungana magdagascariensis. All anthranols were evaluated for cytotoxic activity against MDA-MB-435, MDA-MB-231, and OVCAR3 cell lines. 6 showed activities with IC50 values of 6.3 – 8.7 µM.
