Was ist Psychoedukation?

Wem wäre das unbekannt? Wer keinen Durchblick hat, fühlt sich abgehängt und ausgegrenzt. Wer vom Informationsfluss abgeschnitten ist, fühlt sich rasch „kaltgestellt“ und „außen vor“. Und wer erst gar nicht zu fragen wagt, weil die anderen nur geringschätzig über diese Offenbarung des eigenen Unvermögens schmunzeln könnten, der schützt leicht Desinteresse und Coolness vor, um sich nicht zu blamieren.
