Übelkeit und Erbrechen in der Schwangerschaft zählen zu den häufigsten Schwangerschaftsbeschwerden und betreffen 50–90 % der Frauen in der Frühschwangerschaft. Die Auswirkungen von Emesis und Hyperemesis gravidarum auf die Schwangere sind unumstritten. Doch wie wirken sich die Übelkeit und das häufige Erbrechen auf das fetale Outcome aus?
