Abstract

Trigeminal trophic syndrome is a rare facial skin disorder usually secondary to trigeminal lesions. The facial ulcers are the most obvious manifestation. We report a case of trigeminal trophic syndrome secondary to iatrogenic injury of the trigeminal nerve. The literature on the topic is discussed.
