Zusammenfassung

Systemische Erkrankungen aus dem rheumatischen Formenkreis, wie eine rheumatoide Arthritis, eine Sarkoidose, ein Systemischer Lupus Erythematodes, eine Wegener Granulomatose und eine Relapsing Polychondritis können sich auch lokal im Larynx manifestieren. Da das klinische Erscheinungsbild häufig unspezifisch ist, wird die Diagnose oft erschwert bzw. deutlich verzögert gestellt. Differenzialdiagnostisch muss vor allem an Malignome gedacht werden, weshalb zur Diagnosesicherung häufig eine Probeexzision durchgeführt werden muss. Die Therapie solcher Erkrankungen erfolgt üblicherweise in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Internisten bzw. den Rheumatologen.

Abstract

Rheumatic disorders (rheumatoid arthrits, sarcoidosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Wegeners’s granulomatosis, relapsing polychondritis) may affect the larynx. The clinical symptoms are often unspecific, leading to delayed diagnosis. Malignant tumours should be considered in differential diagnosis with necessitating biopsy. Treatment may require interdisciplinary approach together with a specialist in internal medicine and rheumatology.
