Allogene Blutstammzelltransplantation – Aktuelle Informationen zum Standort Deutschland

Im Jahre 2014 hat die Bundesärztekammer (BÄK) eine neue Richtlinie zur Transplantation hämatopoetischer Stammzellen (HST) erlassen [1] , [2] . Explizit wird in dieser Richtlinie das Deutsche Register für Stammzelltransplantation (DRST) als etabliertes Instrument des zentralen Qualitätsmanagement (QM) für HST erwähnt. Diese Aufgabe des DRST nehmen die Autoren zum Anlass, aktuelle Daten für Deutschland als Standort für die allogene HST zusammenzustellen und die Strukturen und Prozesse darzustellen, die das DRST für das QM in diesem Bereich nutzt.
