Zusammenfassung

Benigne Weichteiltumoren der Hand sind eine uneinheitliche Entität und erfordern eine sorgfältige klinische und bildgebende Diagnostik. Bis zum Beweis des Gegenteils besteht bei jeder Raumforderung im Bereich der Hand Malignitätsverdacht. Daher ist bei soliden ausgedehnten Weichteiltumoren zumeist eine Inzisionsbiopsie indiziert. Die chirurgische Therapie sollte unter Berücksichtigung der genauen Diagnose und in Kenntnis der regionalen Anatomie erfolgen und unbedingt das komplexe funktionelle Anforderungsprofil der Hand berücksichtigen.
