New twelve highly oxygenated furanocassane diterpenoids and five known compounds were isolated from the seeds of Bowdichia virgilioides. The structure of isolated compounds were elucidated by the data of spectroscopic analyses of NMR including 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY), HRMS, and X-ray crystallographic analysis. The absolute structure of new compounds were determined based on the CD exciton chirality methods of its di-p-bromobenzoated derivative.
