Zusammenfassung

Die Dysphagie bezeichnet eine peripher oder zentral bedingte Schluckstörung, durch die der normale neuromuskuläre Ablauf des Schluckens verändert ist. Positiv getestete und somit aspirationsgefährdete Patienten müssen vom Fachpersonal weiter untersucht werden, um eine individuelle Behandlung der Schluckstörung zu sichern. In seinem Artikel zur Diagnostik neurogener Schluckstörungen beschreibt und vergleicht Christian Ledl sehr ausführlich sowohl die klinischen als auch die instrumentellen Diagnosemöglichkeiten. Mithilfe einprägsamer Abbildungen erhalten Sie einen tiefen Einblick in den Rachenraum.
