Postpartale Eklampsie mit zerebraler Angiopathie – eine seltene Komplikation im Wochenbett

Hintergrund

Eine Eklampsie im Wochenbett kann von einer zerebralen Angiopathie, gekennzeichnet durch die Konstriktion intrakranieller Arterien, begleitet werden. Die klinische Präsentation ist variabel. Kopfschmerzen, Wesensänderungen, epileptische Anfälle sowie schwere fokal-neurologische Defizite können vorkommen [1]. Die Differenzialdiagnose umfasst andere schwerwiegende Erkrankungen des zentralen Nervensystems, die vermehrt im Umfeld von Schwangerschaft und Wochenbett auftreten, wie beispielsweise die Sinusvenenthrombose.
