Fazit

Angeborene Herzfehler haben heute mehrheitlich eine gute langfristige Prognose. Die sorgfältige früh- und spätpostoperative Nachsorge im Zusammenspiel zwischen Pädiater und Kardiologen trägt Entscheidendes dazu bei.
