Eine Möglichkeit der endoskopischen Adipositastherapie stellt das ”Endobarrier“-System mit dem duodenal jejunal bypass sleeve (DJBS) dar. Wir stellen diese neuartige Methode vor und berichten von eigenen Erfahrungen.
