Die Entwicklung freier Transplantate zur Brustrekonstruktion ist eine logische Weiterentwicklung im Bestreben, Patientinnen nach ablativen Operationsverfahren eine dauerhaft stabile Rekonstruktion mit Eigengewebe anbieten zu können.
