Zusammenfassung

Die Perfluoropropangas-Injektion in die Vorderkammer kann als Therapieoption verwendet werden bei Ablösung der Descemet-Membran in Augen mit Glaukom-Drainage-Shunts. Eine engmaschige Druckkontrolle sollte während des Intervalls der Lumenokklusion berücksichtigt werden, und das Gas sollte sogleich nach Wiederanlegung der Descemet-Membran aspiriert werden.
