Tip rhinoplasty remains a great challenge to many of us. It encompasses careful analysis, aesthetic judgment, surgical precision, three-dimensional perspective, and some good luck. This edition is aimed at bringing together these different aspects of nasal surgery and providing the reader with a few concrete tools that may help achieve the goals. It is only possible through the tireless commitment of our colleagues and friends who have volunteered to author a chapter and share their experiences. This dedication is foremost to these contributors who serve as a role model for all of us in terms of selfless dedication to education. Thank you. The quest for mastery of this art is unending, but the journey is fruitful.
