Kernaussagen

Conclusion/Core Statements
  • Doppler sonography is an important tool in managing high risk pregnancies.

  • Valid results require technical skills and pathophysiological knowledge as well as a careful examination.

  • Doppler sonography is used for high risk patients and can reduce perinatal mortality.

  • Screening of the uterine artery allows risk evaluation during pregnancy.
