Exsudative Netzhautablösung und RPE-Abhebung bei ANCA-positiver Glomerulonephritis (Rapid progressive Glomerulonephritis Typ III)

Hintergrund

Die Assoziation einer Glomerulonephritis (GN) mit einer Abhebung des retinalen Pigmentepithels (RPE) ist in der Literatur bisher nur in einer Kasuistik beschrieben worden, wobei es sich um eine Typ-II-membrano-proliferative Glomerulonephritis handelte [1]. Weiter sind Fälle einer GN mit begleitender subretinaler Neovaskularisation [2] oder einer assoziierten chorioidalen Amotio [3] beschrieben worden. In dem beobachteten Fall ging eine neu diagnostizierte p-ANCA positive Glomerulonephritis (rapid progressive Glomerulonephritis [RPGN] Typ III) zusätzlich zur RPE-Abhebung mit einer vorübergehenden exsudativen Amotio und Aderhautabhebung einher.
