Endoskopische Therapie des Bouveret-Syndroms mit Laser- und elektrohydraulischer Lithotripsie[1]

Wir berichten hier von einer 73-jährigen multimorbiden Patientin mit Adipositas Grad III, bei der ein 35 mm großer Gallenstein aus der Gallenblase in das Duodenum perforierte und den Bulbus duodeni verschloss [Video]. Die endoskopische Therapie eines so großen Konkrements ist sehr aufwendig, die alternative chirurgische Therapie hätte für die Patientin jedoch eine erhebliche Gefährdung bedeutet.
