Zusammenfassung

Rhodiola-rosea-Wurzelextrakte werden traditionell als Tonikum zur körperlichen und mentalen Unterstützung angewandt. Neuere klinische Untersuchungen belegen, dass sie auch erfolgreich zur Behandlung von stressbedingten körperlichen und geistigen Erschöpfungszuständen (Burnout- Syndrom), bei milden Depressionen und generellen Angstzuständen eingesetzt werden können.

Rhodiola rosea: An adaptogen to treat burnout

Rhodiola rosea root extracts are traditionally used as a tonic to enhance physical and mental performance. Newer clinical studies have shown that Rhodiola-extracts can be used to treat stress-related physical and mental exhaustion (burnout), mild depression and general anxiety.
