52-jähriger Patient mit thorakalen Beschwerden und Schwindel

Was sehen Sie?

Der 52-jährige Patient stellte sich wegen seit dem Vorabend bestehenden thorakalen Beschwerden und Schwindel in der Notaufnahme vor. Der Blutdruck war 100/70 mmHg. Echokardiographisch zeigte sich eine diffus hochgradig eingeschränkte linksventrikuläre Funktion bei zusätzlicher Akinesie inferior.

Das 12-Kanal-Elektrokardiogramm und die Kontrastmittel-Magnetresonanztomographie zeigen acht Befunde.
