Schwere sekundäre Skleritis nach Pseudomonas aeruginosa-bedingtem Hornhautulkus

Hintergrund

Die Skleritis gilt als komplikationsträchtiges Krankheitsbild und ist mit erheblichen Schmerzen vergesellschaftet. Eine erregerbedingte Skleritis ist sehr selten. Sie ist schwer therapierbar und führt meist zu stark destruierenden Veränderungen. Die wenigen beschriebenen Kasuistiken endeten überwiegend in einer Enukleation. Wir berichten über einen Fall schwerer sekundärer Skleritis anterior und posterior nach Pseudomonas aeruginosa-bedingtem Hornhautulkus.
