Zusammenfassung

Die Beeinflussung der Funktionssialoszintigraphie und insbesondere des Aktivitätszeitprofils durch verschiedenartige Parotiserkrankungen wird besprochen. Das unterschiedliche Störungsmuster des AZP erlaubt eine wesentliche Differenzierung der szintigraphischen Aussage. Die Kurvenbeeinflussung durch akute und chronische Entzündungen, durch Sialolithiasis, Sialosen und durch operative Eingriffe wird besprochen.

Summary

The effect of various diseases of the parotid on functional scans and particularly on the time activity profile is discussed. Variations in the time activity profile in fluence the interpretation of the scans. The effect of acute and chronic inflammation, sialolithiasis, sialoses and surgical intervention on the curves is discussed.
