Zusammenfassung
Es wird über 3 Fälle von gastrojejunaler Invagination nach Magenresektion berichtet. In allen 3 Beobachtungen handelte es sich um eine totale Gastroenterostomie mit isoperistaltischer Anastomosenführung und Hypertrophie des Anastomosenringes, deren ursächliche Bedeutung für den Invaginationsprozeß erörtert wird.
Summary
Three cases of gastro-jejunal invagination following gastric resection are described. In all cases there had been a total gastro-enterostomy with an iso-peristaltic loop and hypertrophy of the anastomotic margin. The causal significance of this finding for the invagination process is discussed.
