Zusammenfassung

Koronararteriographie ist eine entscheidende Methode für die Selektion von Patienten bei aortenkoronaren Gefäß-Bypass-Operationen und die Bewertung der Ergebnisse. Aufgrund dieses Eingriffes bei 207 nachträglich operierten Patienten und 120 postoperativen Studien sind Technik und Befunde von prä- und postoperativen Untersuchungen beschrieben. Die arteriographischen Kriterien für die Eignung und die Ergebnisse der Bypass-Plastik-Operation werden diskutiert.

Summary

Coronary arteriography is a decisive technique for selecting patients for aortocoronary venous bypass surgery and for evaluating its results. Based on its use in 207 subsequently grafted patients and 120 postoperative studies, the technique, parameters of study and findings of pre- and postoperative examination are described. Arteriographic criteria of candidacy for and results of bypass graft surgery are discussed.
