Die Beeinflussung des vibrationsbewirkten Raynaudschen Symptoms durch Diaphyllin im Angiogramm
The effect of Diephyllin on the angiogram of patients with Raynaud's phenomenon due to vibrationPublication History

Summary
Angiograms were performed on 30 Patients suffering from a vibration angiopathy; these were carried out with the use of Diephyllin and from the results the authors conclude that this drug is able to reduce the vascular spasm. Organic vascular obliteration can be excluded, since the angiogram tends to return to normal. As a result of the pharmaco-dynamic effect, it appears that vibration angiopathy is the result of local or regional spasm.
