Das normale Hirnszintigramm mit ²⁰³Hg-Chlormerodrin und ^99mTc-Pertechnat^*

Zusammenfassung

Anhand von 100 ausgewahlten Szintigrammen, die mit ²⁰³Hg-Chlormerodrin oder ^99mTechnetium (Pertechnatsalz) als Photoscan angefertigt wurden, wird uber das normale Hirnszintigramm berichtet. Dabei wird das szintigraphische Bild des Schadels mit seinem anatomischen Substrat in Beziehung gesetzt. Formverschiedenheiten des normalen Bildes werden besprochen und mit Abbildungen oder schematischen Zeichnungen belegt. Die technische Durchfuhrung der Hirnszintigraphie wird erlautert und es werden Kriterien fur ein aussagefahiges Szintigramm, mit ²⁰³Hg oder ^99mTc hergestellt, aufgefuhrt.

Summary

On hand of 100 selected scintigrams taken with Hg²⁰³-chloromerodrin or Tc^99m pertechnetate an account is presented of the normal brain scintigram. The scintigraphic image of the skull is related to its anatomical features. Departures from the normal features of the image are discussed and evidenced by illustrations. The way in which cerebral scintigrams are taken is described and the conditions are established for obtaining a significant scintigram with Hg²⁰³ or Tc⁹⁹.

C'est à l'aide d'une centaine de scintigrammes choisis que les auteurs ont déterminé le scintigramme cérébral normal. Ils ont utilisé comme “photoscans“ le ²⁰³Hg-Chlormérodrine ou le ^99mTechnétium (sel du pertechnate). Il est ainsi possible d'obtenir une image scintigraphique du crâne avec sa constitution anatomique. Description des modifications de la forme présentée par une image normale et illustration par des reproductions et des schemes. Exposition de la technique employée pour la scintigraphie cérébrale, établissement des critères nécessaires à l'obtention d'un scintigramme utilisable avec le ²⁰³Hg ou le ^99mTc.

A base de 100 escintigramas seleccionados que se prepararon como fotoexploración, con ²⁰³Hg-cloromerodrina o ^99mTecnecio (sal de pertecnato), se informa sobre el escintigrama normal del cerebro. Con ello se pone en relación el cuadro escintigráfico del cráneo con su substrato anatómico. Se discuten las diferencias de forma del cuadro normal, y se documenta con ilustraciones de figuras y dibujos esquemáticos. Se explica la realización técnica de la escintigrafía del cerebro y se exponen criterios para un escintigrama aclarativo preparado con ²⁰³Hg o ^99mTc.
