Jodspiegeluntersuchungen im Serum nach Gabe von β-(3-dimethylaminomethylenamino-2,4,6-trijodphenyl)propionsaures Calcium¹

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über das Ausmaß und die Dauer der Beeinflussung von Gesamtjod, eiweißgebundenem Jod (PBI) und butanolextrahierbarem Jod (BEI) im Serum nach Einnahme des oralen Röntgenkontrastmittels SoluBiloptin berichtet. Bei 7 untersuchten Fällen war das PBI 36 bis 96 Tage erhöht, wobei auch eine nicht eiweiß-gebundene Fraktion, die rund 20% des Gesamtjodgehalts ausmachte, nachweisbar war. Eine Entfernung des Kontrastmittels aus dem Serum mittels Butanolextraktion und nachfolgender mehrfacher Waschung mit Blauschem Reagens gelang nicht.

Summary

The report deals with estimations of total iodine values, protein bound iodine (PBI) and butanol extract-able iodine (BEI) in the serum after use of the oral radiographie contrast medium Solu-Biloptin, and the duration of these levels. In seven cases examined, PBI was elevated for 36 to 96 days; a nonprotein bound fraction amounting to about 20% of total iodine content was also demonstrable. Removal of the contrast agent by butanol extraction and repeated use of Blau's reagent from the serum proved impossible.

Etude de l'importance et de la durée de l'action de l'iode total, des iodoprotéines (PBI) et de l'iode extrait par le butanol (BEI) dans le sérum à la suite de Fin-gestion par la bouche de la substance de contraste, la Solu-Biloptine. Dans 7 cas examinés, le PBI reste augmenté de 36 à 96 jours, il comprend en outre une fraction non liée aux protéines, qui correspond au 20% du taux total de l'iode. Il ne fut pas possible d'extraire par le butanol la substance de contraste dans le sérum, processus, qui fut suivi de lavages répétés avec le réactif de Blau.

Resumen

Se informa acerca de la intensidad y duración del efecto observado en el yodo total, el yodo proteínico y el yodo extractable con butanol del suero después de tomar el opacincante roentgenológico peroral Solu-Biloptin. En7 casos examinados, el yodo proteínico estuvo elevado 36 a 96 días, y se comprobó también una fracción no proteínica que constituía un 20% del yodo total. No fue posible retirar del suero la sustancia de contraste por extracción con butanol, seguida de repetidos lavados con reactivo de Blau.
