Ungewöhnliche Gefäßreaktion der Haut nach Strahlenbehandlung

Zusammenfassung

Im Verlauf einer Strahlenbehandlung wurden bei einer Patientin eigenartig angeordnete Gefäßneubildungen beobachtet, die sich im Laufe eines Vierteljahres in typische Teleangiektasien umwandelten. Teleangiektasien können also auch durch Neubildung von Gefäßen entstehen und nicht nur durch Umformung präexistenter Kapillaren. Diese Feststellung wird durch mehrere Abbildungen belegt und durch die histologische Untersuchung nach dem Tode der Patientin gestützt.

Summary

During a course of irradiation in a female patient unusual new vessels were observed to develop; these became typical telangiectases during the course of the following three months. It follows therefore that telangiectases may arise from the development of new vessels as well as from transformation of pre-existing capillaries. This observation is supported by a number of illustrations and by histological examination carried out after the death of the patient.

Résumé

Les auteurs ont observé au cours d'un traitement par les rayons des néoformations vasculaires présentant une répartition particulière. Ces dernières se sont transformées en trois mois en télangiectasies typiques. Ces dernières peuvent donc résulter non seulement de la transformation de capillaires existants, mais encore de néoformations vasculaires. Cette observation est illustrée par plusieurs clichés et confirmée par des examens histologiques effectués après la mort de la malade.

Resumen

Durante un tratamiento radioterápico se observaron, en una paciente, neoformaciones vasculares, de curso extraño, que en tres meses se transformaron en teleangiectasias típicas. Es por tanto posible la aparición de teleangiectasias por neoformación de vasos y no sólo por dilatación de los capilares preexistentes. Esta conclusión se refuerza mediante varias imágenes y con el estudio histológico tras la muerte de la paciente.
